You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic environment. You have a strong understanding of financial management concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You are also highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Assist with preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
* Apply knowledge of client/firm/industry trends and current issues.
* Prepare reconciliations of bank accounts.
* Prepare accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Process payroll.
* Prepare period-end journals, supporting documentation, and periodic balance sheet reconciliations.
* Prepare workpapers for annual audits and respond to audit queries.
* Prepare periodic financial acquittals.
* Allocate costs and income to multiple programs in accordance with funding contract requirements.
* Review and analyze draft reports for accuracy and reasonableness.
* Assist with client relationship management.
* Handle client bookkeeping queries.
