I am looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join my client on the Sunshine Coast. They are well established commercial construction company delivering high-quality commercial, education and social housing projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on leader who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise all on‐site construction activities
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
* Monitor project timelines and drive programme outcomes
* Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed records
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Proactively identify and resolve site issues
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
* Strong background in education and/or social housing projects highly regarded
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and safety requirements
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
* Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (or equivalent)
