AVAC Services is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract.
This is an in-office role based in Port Kennedy, working Tuesday to Friday (36 hours per week).
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls and manage enquiries
* Front reception duties; greeting and assisting clients
* Provide updates to clients as required
* Complete general administrative tasks
* Support the team with day-to-day operations
About You
* Minimum 4 years’ administration experience (essential)
* Professional and friendly communication style
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Reliable and able to work independently and within a team
