As a Tesla Advisor, you will support customers from their first visit to our showroom to their delivery day. You will help deliver an innovative buying and delivery experience, reflecting Tesla’s cutting-edge vehicles.

What You'll Do
Engage walk-in guests promptly, personally, and warmly to open conversations and make them feel welcomed.
Educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla’s products and answer questions.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact info, scheduling, and co-piloting test drives for interested individuals.
Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Execute sales and delivery operations proficiently, delivering strong client experiences with minimal guidance.
Present, sell, and support the Tesla ecosystem's delivery and installation.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and ownership experience.
Serve as the primary contact for customer interactions during their purchase journey.
Educate customers on purchase and delivery details from initial contact to delivery day.
Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery appointments.
Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to customer needs.
Handle trade-ins and documentation on delivery day.
Perform Tesla direct deliveries from centers to customer homes when required.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to meet business goals.
What You'll Bring
Client service experience.
Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about transforming transportation.
Ability to understand and explain business and technical concepts.
Strong teamwork and reliability.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Mastery of Tesla products and services; stay updated on EV trends and incentives.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting.
Valid driver’s license with a clean 2-year driving record.
Ability to obtain necessary licensing where applicable.
