DXC are currently partnering with a reputable Government Health Organsiation, setting up their Wokers' Compensation Department and would love you to join the team as a Customer Service Specialist.As Customer Service Specialist you will demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction with regards to internal and external customers in all activitiesKey elements to this role includeRespond to inquiries from injured workers, employers, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers via phone, email, or chatProvide detailed explanations of workers' compensation policies, claims procedures, and benefits to customersAssist injured workers with filing claims, submitting required documentation, and understanding their benefitsInvestigate and resolve claims-related issues or discrepancies, escalating more complex cases when necessaryMaintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and claims-related activities in the systemFollow up with claimants and healthcare providers to ensure all necessary information is submitted in a timely mannerMonitor the status of claims and ensure all deadlines are metCollaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and the overall client experienceTo be successfulRelevant tertiary qualification in business or related discipline; or equivalent experienceProven people management experience at a senior levelExperience analysing and interpreting statistical and performance-related dataTechnical knowledge/industry experience:Sound understanding of crucial agent remuneration driversA sound understanding of each role position and function within the claims environment and the associated performance expectations and requirements of these rolesSufficient the Microsoft Office suiteExperience with coachingComplaint management and resolution outcomesWorkers Compensation Insurance Policy, legislation and associated compliance issuesFlexible working arrangementsOur virtual first approach means we offer a high degree of work flexibility.
