I am working with a state government organisation to find a Project Administration and Records Officer. This is an AO3 level labour hire contract role, which will run from March 2026 until March 2028

While you will initially be based in Buderim, as the projects ramp up, there will be a need for you to be site-based. Having your own driver's license is preferred.

In this role, be responsible for:
Using an electronic document records management system (EDRMS) to keep every document version, approval, and file in order.
Managing sensitive documents with correct permissions and controlled access.
