About the Role
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for centre-based roles, including Centre Leadership positions, driving quality outcomes across the full hiring process.
* Manage high-volume recruitment with efficiency while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Champion process excellence in our ATS by maintaining up-to-date notes, crafting personalised job adverts, reference and compliance checks, and data-driven dashboards.
* Foster strong, customer-focused relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees to support collaborative decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Apply critical thinking to create engaging branding content and attract talent across platforms such as the SuccessFactors database, LinkedIn, Seek and other forums.
2. Maintain rigorous attention to detail and governance throughout the talent lifecycle, ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards are met.
3. Be the first point of contact for candidates pursuing a career in the early learning sector.
4. Strengthen internal partnerships to support high-quality hiring outcomes and enhance organisational capability.
5. Using data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve talent practices.
