Community Impact Program Facilitator – Part-time
The Opportunity
As our Community Impact Program Facilitator, you'll be responsible for face-to-face facilitation of program-specific content to school-aged children using stagecraft and engaging pedagogical techniques to create social impact through positive behavioral change. This includes client and brand representation, reporting, general administration, and school marketing duties as required.
This role is based in Sydney, working 30 hours per week across 5 days. Roles can potentially be adjusted for flexible, reduced hours. Please discuss available options with us.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver face-to-face program workshops independently across various schools in Sydney, ensuring engagement, achievement of learning objectives, and proper use of props and materials.
2. Gather feedback from teachers and students to support and evaluate program effectiveness using available tools.
3. Maintain regular contact with the Bookings and Program Administration team regarding scheduling, attendance, customer service, and general administration.
What We Look For
* Previous experience presenting to primary or secondary school-aged children. Qualifications in children's services, education, program facilitation, performing arts, or related fields are desirable.
Skills and attributes that are beneficial include:
* Confident public speaking skills with the ability to engage and motivate audiences during face-to-face workshops.
* Ability to quickly learn and keep content relevant during repeated presentations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent telephone manner, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently while maintaining effective communication and time management.
