Job Title: Application Resolution Specialist
This position plays a crucial role in investigating and resolving application and product-related issues with a focus on database-level troubleshooting.
* Investigate and resolve product issues reported by users or internal teams.
* Run SQL queries to validate, analyse, and correct data issues.
* Liaise with technical teams to diagnose root causes and implement solutions.
The successful candidate will have experience in an Application Support or Technical Support role, proficiency in SQL, and understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
