You'll work directly with managers and partners who actively mentor, delegate properly, and involve seniors in real client conversations.
The Role
As a Senior Accountant, you'll manage your own client portfolio while playing a key role in advisory and value-add work.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns
* Providing business advisory services to SME clients
* Assisting clients with structuring, tax planning, and cash flow management
* Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
* Identifying advisory opportunities and contributing to client strategy
* Direct client contact and relationship management
* Mentoring and reviewing work of junior accountants
This is a role where you'll be trusted with clients, not shielded from them.
What We're Looking For
3–6+ years' experience in Australian public practice with strong technical skills across tax and business services. CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion) and a genuine interest in advisory and client strategy. You should be a confident communicator who enjoys working with business owners. Experience with Xero, MYOB, BGL or similar cloud platforms is preferred.
