Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the retail liquor store
* Manage stock levels, ordering inventory, and liaising with suppliers
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
* Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints
* Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff
* Maintain records of stock, sales, and financial transactions
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, workplace health and safety regulations, and company policies
* Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare reports for the Director
* Oversee visual merchandising and promotional activities
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role
* Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
* Sound knowledge of retail operations and stock control
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Understanding of WA liquor licensing requirements (preferred)
