Business Development & Events Executive (Weddings, Events & Wine Sales)
Brandy Creek Estate is looking for a motivated Business Development & Events Executive to join our team. This dynamic role will focus on generating new business opportunities for weddings, events, wine sales, and tourism experiences. You will also support the restaurant team during peak periods when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and manage leads for weddings and events.
* Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event coordinators, and corporate clients.
* Develop partnerships with local hotels, motels, and accommodation providers.
* Promote and sell wine experiences and wine tours.
* Drive wine sales with diners
* Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Represent the venue at networking events, wedding expos, and industry events.
* Assist the restaurant floor team during busy service periods when required.
* Maintain and nurture relationships with returning clients and partners.
Requirements:
* Strong sales and business development experience.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in hospitality, events, weddings, or wine industry preferred.
* Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organised.
* Flexible to assist with restaurant operations during peak times.
* Passion for hospitality, wine, and customer service.
* Weekend availability is a must.
