A well‐established and growing real estate agency based in Mascot is seeking a Part‐Time Marketing Coordinator to support its sales team and oversee day‐to‐day marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with real estate experience who is looking for flexible working hours within a collaborative and fast‐paced environment.
The Role
Reporting directly to the sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms, ensuring property campaigns are delivered to a high standard and aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with campaign coordination, digital advertising and AI implementation
* Managing and maintaining social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Google
* Creating and producing marketing materials such as signboards, brochures, window displays, email campaigns and letterbox distribution
* Assisting with the development and execution of property advertising campaigns
* Coordinating online listings and ensuring accuracy across platforms
* Monitoring campaign performance and contributing ideas to improve engagement and reach
* Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing collateral
Skills and Experience
* Previous marketing experience within real estate (Essential)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
* Experience with design and marketing software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Professional communication skills
