About the role:
* Join an established Corporate & Commercial Team who focus on mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance, with opportunities to work in emerging sectors such as digital assets and fintech.
* Diverse clientele including ASX-listed companies, financial institutions and startups.
* Work on national and cross-border matters.
The ideal candidate:
* At least 4 years PQE with solid experience in corporate/commercial matters in Australia.
* A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university.
* Genuine, emotionally intelligent person who brings an approachable presence to a close-knit team.
