Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff, ensuring they have access to the technology they need to perform their jobs efficiently.
You will work closely with our system administrators to shape and support our standard desktop environment, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on desktop and email tools. Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
* Develop and implement technical solutions to improve staff productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A tertiary degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Extensive experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune packaging
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Experience in endpoint and mobile device management
* Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively in a team environment
