This role plays a vital part in the delivery of environmental and community initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and site-specific obligations.
A highly motivated and detail-oriented individual is sought to collaborate across departments and engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and community representatives, to achieve positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A tertiary qualification in environmental science or engineering;
* Relevant experience in a similar role within the mining or other heavy industry;
* Strong analytical skills and strategic approach to delivering results;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills;
* Strong auditing and report writing skills;
* Project and contractor management skills, and experience in community relations;
* Exposure to ArcGIS highly desirable.
