Residential Construction Supervisor – North Brisbane
A well-established and growing residential builder is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join their team. Specialising in residential homes, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality builds through efficient systems and streamlined processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Supervisor who enjoys being on site, managing builds end‐to‐end, and focusing on quality delivery with minimal client‐facing distractions.
The Role
* Supervising the construction of multiple residential homes across North Brisbane
* Delivering builds in line with plans, specifications, and company standards
* Managing and coordinating trades, suppliers, and site schedules daily
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Maintaining high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and compliance
* Monitoring quality control across all stages of construction
* Using construction management software to track and manage progress
* Attending regular construction and project meetings
About You
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (minimum 12 months)
* White Card
* Trade or construction background
* Current driver's licence
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors across residential builds
* Strong ability to schedule and deliver projects within timeframes and budgets
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Ability to manage multiple sites/tasks simultaneously
* Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience with construction management software (Onsite Companion highly regarded, not essential)
