Program Administrator Job
We are seeking a skilled Program Administrator to plan and administer organisational programs and projects. The successful candidate will have experience working in project coordination, administration, or a related role, and a strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Planning and administering our organisational programs and projects and support services
* Reviewing and advising on variations and improvements to organisational programs and projects and services
* Collecting and analysing data associated with our projects and reporting on the outcomes of these projects
* Managing all paperwork associated with the programs and projects and services provided and overseeing all work by other employees and contractors involving these projects
* Working with other stakeholders and owners to ensure that our organisational goals are met
* Advising management on any matters that require urgent attention and implementing the decisions
* Preparing reports involving the organisation's activities and responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning the organisational projects and programs

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 1 year of experience working in project coordination, administration, or a related role
* A strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and management skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* The ability to work independently, problem-solve, and escalate issues appropriately
