Remuneration: $76,364 - $108,943.12 + superannuation + salary packaging options + NSW Health Incentives – (conditions apply, may be pro‑rated to your contracted or ordinary working hours – to find out more, Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme and Western NSW LHD Incentives)

Location: Cowra NSW – Cowra Health Service

Hours Per Week: 38

About the role

Join our supportive Cowra team and make a real difference in people's lives This full‑time rural generalist role offers a varied caseload including community adults, paediatrics, inpatients and palliative care.

Key Responsibilities

* Undertake clinical assessments with clients to develop a treatment plan and evaluate treatment and clinical outcomes.
* Prescribe equipment and plan functional interventions.
* Coordinate care with clients, families, and other health professionals.
* Participate in case discussions, documentation, and professional development.


About You

* Current AHPRA registration.
* Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
* Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
* Organised, adaptable, and committed to client‑centred practice.


Working Hours

Full‑time, Monday to Friday. Standard business hours.
