CLCN is seeking a Volunteer as a Content Creator to support our Central Marketing Team. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing Team Leader to support the creation and delivery of engaging content that showcases our activities and strengthens our online presence.
The position involves contributing to creating and managing social media content, capturing and edit photos of events, and growing audience reach and engagement, while helping deliver initiatives that support employability, social cohesion, and opportunities for multicultural and diverse communities across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop engaging, platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WeChat, aligned with CLCN's key initiatives.
* Optimise content for each platform by adopting a professional tone for LinkedIn and creating visually engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and WeChat.
* Create content with Canva Pro and Capcut that resonates with CLCN's target audiences and drives engagement to increase our presence.
* Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos to showcase CLCN's activities and events.
* Contribute across a range of creative functions depending on skills and experience, including photography, videography, video editing, content creation, and copywriting.
* Follow brand and publishing guidelines to ensure consistency with organisational goals and identity.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a hybrid environment.
* Experience with remote work tools and working with virtual teams.
* Commitment to social impact, equity, and community inclusion.
* Basic skills in photography, or social content creation are preferred, but not required
* A strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt, especially those with limited prior experience
* Communicate clearly with team members, provide timely updates, and respond proactively
