We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer to join a business-facing team and support the design, development and optimisation of Power Platform solutions. This role requires a hands‐on developer who can work closely with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and clearly explain outcomes in non‐technical terms.
The successful candidate will be trusted to operate day‐to‐day with the business, acting as a reliable partner while delivering high‐quality, scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build and support Power Apps (Canvas and Model‐Driven) solutions
* Develop and optimise integrations using Power Automate, Custom Connectors and REST APIs
* Work with Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modelling
* Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
* Support enhancements, performance optimisation and ongoing solution improvements
Required Skills & Experience
* Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model‐Driven Apps)
* Microsoft Dataverse (advanced data modelling)
* Power Fx (delegation and performance optimisation)
* Power Automate (complex cloud flows)
* Custom Connectors and REST API integrations
* Azure Logic Apps
* Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
* OSS (Operations Support Systems) experience or exposure
* Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
