What You'll Bring
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or a higher, ACECQA-approved qualification.
* Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood setting.
* The ability to inspire and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
* Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
* A deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of child protection and safety.
Certificates
* Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
* Clear National and/or International Police Check (PC).
* CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificates.
* Child Protection Training - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations Certificate.
