We are pursuing an energetic Office Services Administrator to join our existing Office Services team. This exciting and diverse role is suitable for someone who is proactive in their approach, can juggle multiple tasks and would thrive in a professional services environment.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
* General office administration duties
* Reception duties when required
* Daily mailroom operations which includes collecting, opening, processing and distributing all mail and couriered packages
* Assisting with client enquiries
* Assisting with court and other external lodgements
* Depositing cheques and bank administration
* Stationery and consumables ordering and stock management
* Additional ad-hoc tasks and project support as required
The successful candidate will have:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in an office administration role
* Experience in professional services (desirable)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support in a professional manner
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to use initiative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
