About the role:
As the Culture & Capability Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and organisational development programs across Elders. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, communication, and administration of initiatives that span leadership development, onboarding, performance, graduate programs, and diversity & inclusion. Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for L&D/OD queries and communications
* Coordinate logistics, materials, and participant management for L&D/OD programs and projects
* Support performance and talent initiatives including goal setting, succession planning and engagement surveys
* End to End management of Workday Learning & OD administration
* Assist in implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies and track metrics
* Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and post-program reviews
* Compliance with all relevant safety practices including the reporting of hazards, near misses and incidents through our safety system
About you:
* Experience in a similar position, within a large complex organisation
* Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to deadline
* Demonstrated proficiency managing learning management & Human Resource systems (Workday preferred)
* Previous experience working across multiple functions
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
* Preferably previous experience working in L&D/OD functions (desirable)
