What you will lead Shape and guide the marketing plan, covering awareness, engagement, and conversion Build strong visibility across search engines and AI platforms Strengthen reputation through reviews, community engagement, and proactive content initiatives Plan and publish content for blogs, social media, and guides that support both discovery and education Coordinate campaigns that support the top of the funnel, including content series, social pushes, partnerships, and paid experiments Work closely with product, design, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive strategy across the customer journey Track performance, identify trends, and report insights that improve decision making What you bring Experience with brands and a strong understanding of how people discover and evaluate products Knowledge of AI driven visibility, SEO strategy, and content ranking factors Ability to manage a brand presence across multiple platforms with consistency and clarity Strong writing skills and the ability to turn complex information into simple, engaging stories A good sense of how to support demand generation using content, community, and social channels Comfort working with data, using it to guide priorities and assess opportunities A self driven approach with the ability to plan, execute, and improve without constant oversight
