Claims Consultant - Accident & Health
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Parramatta office in the role of Claims Consultant in Accident & Health. The purpose of this role is to manage Accident & Health claims end to end, by providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers through proactive claim management.
After initial training you will be able to work from home 3 days a week!
What are my accountabilities?
1. Process claims within your delegated authority;
2. Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline deliverables;
3. Ensurepliance with relevant service level agreements and obligation to Codes; and
4. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
About you :
5. Minimum of 2 years experience in managing Accident & Health claims
6. Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);
7. Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills;
8. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
9. The ability to work independently and within a team; and
10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
