This position supports the Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen design, production, and installation. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and some knowledge or experience within the cabinetry or construction industry.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Conduct client site measures and prepare accurate reports
* Prepare estimates and quotations
* Manage client liaison and communication throughout projects
* Assist the Kitchen Manager with daily operations and planning
* Coordinate trades, employees, job scheduling, and installations
* Order materials and track deliveries
* Create drafting and design work using Cabinet Vision
* Understand plans and work confidently from designs
* Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve on-site or design issues
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail
* Be reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
* Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
* Hold a White Card (Construction Card)
What We Offer
* Full-time position (38 hours per week)
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
* Friday: 7:00am – 1:30pm
* Hours can be discussed further
* Pay rate: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour (based on knowledge and experience)

About You
* Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Experience or understanding of the cabinetry/ construction industry
* Competent with Cabinet Vision (advantageous, but not essential)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
