A leading national law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their busy Litigation & Insolvency practice in Perth.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team of lawyers and contribute to high-profile matters in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Financial Administration: Prepare, process and manage client billing with accuracy and timeliness.
Document management: Draft, format and maintain legal documents, correspondence and court filings.
File management: Organise electronic and physical files, ensuring compliance with firm protocols.
Team Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to lawyers, including diary management, travel arrangements, and client communications.
Practice Efficiency: Assist with matter opening/closing, database updates, and workflow coordination.
About You
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within Litigation and/or Insolvency.
Strong billing experience and familiarity with practice management systems.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
