About the Role
As an Administration Support Officer within the Professional Practice Support Unit, you will support nursing leadership and ensure the smooth day‐to‐day operation of administrative services at Mount Isa Hospital. This position is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide high level administrative and coordination support, including managing correspondence, calendars and meetings.
* Maintain accurate records, reports and data across multiple systems to support operational and clinical outcomes.
* Assist with recruitment, credentialing processes and compliance related administration.
* Deliver professional frontline support to staff and stakeholders while contributing to a safe, inclusive and high performing workplace.

Qualifications
* C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.

* This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
