* Lead and mentor a talented production department, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and employee wellbeing.
* Implement company-wide frameworks for scope, capacity, and risk management.
* Oversee staff development, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and establish robust reporting systems for stakeholders.
* Act as the primary escalation point for production challenges and identify systemic issues to guarantee project success.
