Position Summary
Responsible for managing room allocations according to guest requests and preferences whenever possible. Ensures that general enquiries are handled whilst delivering service excellence through each guest experience, and appropriately communicates with the team in relation to room requests/check-out changes, etc. Overall, should be able to balance the needs of their team, their guests, and the business itself, while maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement. This requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the guest journey.
