This position provides the opportunity to travel to a range of exciting civil infrastructure projects within Queensland and interstate (Northern Territory and Western Australia).In this position, you will play an active role in providing coaching, guidance, expert advice and support to functional leaders regarding people management across the employee life cycle.
You will also influence and facilitate the use of best practice HR/ IR principles, driving change and team integration in a values and achievement-based culture.Your Contribution:Champion a positive and inclusive work environment by effectively communicating and working collaboratively with peers across the organisation and consistently behave in accordance with Fulton Hogan values.Participate and contribute as a change champion within the business in line with the business, growth and change strategies.Demonstrate the ability to develop and lead the learning, training and development process by actively engaging with key stakeholders to achieve excellent outcomes.Provide advice on complex employment relations issues such as performance management, grievances, investigations and disciplinary issues.Provide training to key stakeholders regarding employee and industrial relations matters including but not limited to, application of Enterprise Agreements/ Awards, right of entry, freedom of association, the Building Code 2016 and industrial action.Demonstrate the ability to develop the recruitment and selection process by actively engaging with key stakeholders to collaborate ideas and achieve project outcomes.?As the successful candidate you will have generalist experience, outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills.
You will also have a solution focused approach and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive and dynamic way.
Ideally, you will have experience working as a HR professional within a fast-paced Civil Infrastructure environment.
Tertiary qualification in the Human Resources/related discipline will be essential.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
