About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Pool Technician to take the lead on complex jobs, mentor junior staff, and act as a point of contact for technical queries. This is a great role if you enjoy variety and want to be a key player in building a high-performing service team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced pool servicing, troubleshooting and equipment installs
Mentor and train junior technicians and trainees
Identify sales and upsell opportunities (equipment upgrades, seasonal services)
Ensure high standards of safety, service, and client satisfaction
Work with the Service Manager to optimise scheduling and route efficiency
About You
Plumbing, HVAC and Trade Backgrounds are of keen interest
Minimum 2 years' experience in pool servicing and/or installations
Strong knowledge of water chemistry, pumps, filters, chlorinators, and robotic cleaners
Able to lead by example and coach others
Current driver's licence (manual) and ability to work independently
