Support Worker Opportunity
Join our community of dedicated support workers and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our members. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Victor Harbor and surrounding areas.
This part-time position offers 30 hours per week, providing personal care, domestic assistance, companionship, driving and community access, and home administration services to our members. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary care team to provide holistic home care approaches for our members.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015), Assistant in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will also need to be IT literate, flexible, and responsive in management or workload and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care, domestic assistance, companionship, driving and community access, and home administration services to our members.
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team to provide holistic home care approaches for our members.
* Using smartphones and tablets to manage daily tasks and communicate with team members.
* Ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all interactions with members and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015) or equivalent qualification.
* Assistant in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing qualification preferred.
* Minimum two years' experience in aged care, primary/community healthcare or disability sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* IT literacy and ability to use smartphones and tablets.
* Flexibility and responsiveness in management or workload and tasks.
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Mental Health First Aid Certificates.
* Clear relevant criminal history checks and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current open and clear Driver's License.
