**About the role**:
- The role is primarily concerned with assisting with the recovery and enable ongoing community support services
- The position takes a strengths-based, recovery approach to supporting vulnerable and/or at risk consumers
- You will be encouraged to develop and maintain relationships and provide direct support to individuals and/or their families
**The person**:
- You will have the ability to listen
- A compassionate and caring individual you will likely have lived experience of mental illness
- Direct association with the Australian Defence Force (you must be ex ADF or be the spouse/partner of a veteran)
- An organised, methodical and focused approach will complement your human centered interests
