Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of a 170-property portfolio. Coordinate maintenance, manage arrears, and ensure properties are well-maintained. Conduct routine inspections and prepare condition reports. Prepare for VCAT and attend hearings when required. Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional service.
About You
* Proven experience as a Property Manager in VIC with excellent communication skills.
* Confident using PropertyMe and IRE.
* Professional, proactive, and client-focused, with a Certificate IV in Real Estate.
* Holds a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
