**Job Title:** Senior Transformation Director, Public Safety and Justice
We are seeking an experienced senior leader to drive the transformation of public safety and justice sectors in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading digital transformation programs and has deep understanding of the sector's business and technology imperatives.
**About the Role:
* Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for public safety and justice customers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-obsessed solutions
* Build relationships with government agencies and industry partners to drive business growth
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Key Responsibilities:
* Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver keynote speeches, presentations, and publications on public safety and justice transformation
* GTM Strategy Ownership: Lead the creation, inspection, and evolution of industry GTM strategy across ANZ
* Executive Engagement: Establish and maintain C-level relationships with government agencies and industry partners
* Force Multiplier: Provide differentiated support to account and partner teams through executive briefings and proposals
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 10+ years of experience in leading digital transformation programs
* Deep understanding of Australia and New Zealand federal government and public safety agencies
* Knowledge of government security and compliance frameworks
* Strong credibility with government business line executives and ministers
* Ability to deliver high-quality written and visual content
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company
* Experience working in a public safety and/or federal government organisation in a senior executive role
