About the Role
CMI's Production Division in Landsdale is looking for a motivated Machine Operator – Roll Form (Afternoon Shift) for an immediate start. This full-time, ongoing role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. The position operates on an afternoon shift with the following hours: Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm-12:00am, and Friday, 1:00pm-7:00pm.
As a Roll Form Operator, you will be primarily responsible for:
* Operating and maintaining roll forming machinery to produce metal products in accordance with specifications
* Monitoring machine cycles and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
* Upholding a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times
* Accurately completing production reports, tracking progress and performance
* Conducting inspections and routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
About You
* Previous experience as a machine operator within the manufacturing industry (desirable)
* Demonstrates initiative, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Motivated to learn, adapt, and develop within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Committed to safety, quality, and adherence to work procedures
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a strong team culture
* A valid forklift ticket is highly regarded
