What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years of Java development (Java 8 or above) experience in the Australian market.
* Strong experience in Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
* SaaS or insurance industry experience essential.
* Excellent communication and people skills – you’ll be mentoring juniors and collaborating with clients and other external stakeholders.
* Someone who is intelligent, proactive, and up-to-date with modern Java practices.
* Must be an Australian Citizen or PR.
