The role of an Internal Audit and Risk Support Officer is pivotal in supporting the department's audit functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Activity Coordination: Manage various activities related to the delivery of audit and risk functions.
* Query Resolution: Respond to inquiries from business areas and stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Audit Monitoring: Monitor, update and report on audit recommendations.
* Briefing Assistance: Assist in drafting briefings for the Audit Committee.
* Data Communication: Create dashboards and surveys in SharePoint to communicate audit and risk data to various audiences.
* Intranet Management: Manage content on the intranet.
* Record Keeping: Undertake administrative record keeping functions using Content Manager and/or SharePoint.
Requirements
* Australian Citizenship.
