Contracts Coordinator
Seeking a professional Contracts Coordinator to excel in contract management, collaboration, and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive contract packages, including scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
* Collaborate closely with the procurement team to ensure seamless operations.
* Build strong relationships with internal project stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
* Assist in processing progress claims and external variations while maintaining accurate records.
* Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts with key partners.
* Oversee and track project expenditures, including subcontractor claims, to guarantee financial accuracy.
* Coordinate RFIs with clients, architects, and consultants to maintain open communication channels.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator on commercial or multi-residential projects.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively on high-value projects exceeding $50M.
* Ability to mentor and support junior CAs to foster growth and development.
* Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills to drive successful outcomes.
* Experience managing subcontractors, including programming, supervision, and contracts administration.
* Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring budget requirements are met.
