About the Role:
As a BMW Sales Executive, you will build strong relationships with customers, guide them through the vehicle purchasing journey, and showcase the innovation, performance, and luxury of the BMW range. You will be supported by a professional team, modern showroom, and a strong pipeline of enquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct test drives, product demonstrations, and vehicle handovers
- Maintain solid product knowledge across the BMW range
- Proactively manage leads and follow-up activity
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensure compliance with dealership processes and brand standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive sales experience (prestige preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for delivering premium customer service
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Current manual driver’s licence
