The Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and administrative support within a fast‐paced construction environment, ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
* Maintain office and kitchen supplies, equipment, and facility & amenities requirements.
* Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients.
* Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
* Support RTW management planning.
* Track leave application forms and maintain leave roster.
* Provide human resources support.
* Assist with accounts support.
* Coordinate projects.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an office administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
* Excellent organizational and time‐management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‐paced workplace.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and construction terminology is a plus.
