About the Role
As our Project Supervisor, you'll oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate trades, maintain timelines, and ensure every project meets our standards for craftsmanship and safety. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being hands‑on while keeping the bigger picture in focus.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily on‑site construction activities for multiple projects between Newcastle and Nelson Bay, to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
* Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to management
* Resolve on‑site issues promptly to keep projects moving
* Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company policies
* Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal teams
What We're Looking For
* Experience in residential construction supervision
* Strong understanding of building codes and WHS requirements
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to read and interpret plans
* Proactive problem‑solver with strong attention to detail
* Current driver's licence and White Card
