You will be part of a warm, team-oriented team of medical administrators and health professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences.What You'll Be DoingGreeting patients and managing personal detailsScheduling appointments and coordinating consulting roomsHandling phone enquiries with empathy and professionalismProcessing billing (Medicare, Private Health, DVA)Ensuring smooth administrative care pathways for patientsMaintaining accurate patient recordsSupporting workplace health and safety initiativesLiving and promoting Icon's values every dayWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a medical/surgical specialist settingKnowledge of Medicare, DVA, and Private Health billingStrong organisational and communication skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, and medical terminologyA passion for delivering outstanding service9-Month Full time Contract – 76 hours per fortnight.
Monday to Friday clinic hours, with some evening shifts until 7:30pm.
No weekend work.
