We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Position Details:
Part Time - 4 days per week (30.4 hours), with flexible scheduling over 4 or 5 days.
Job Description
The role involves assisting with the accounts process for Next Health, following MedHealth and Next Health finance policies and procedures, under the guidance of the Accounts Team Leader, Operations Manager, and/or General Manager. It includes providing high-quality, customer-focused administrative support for independent medical assessments and related services.
Manage account queries from customers, clients, and consultants.
Handle account-related inquiries from MedHealth.
Maintain consultant and customer records, invoice logs, cost center codes, and expense documentation.
Perform final quality checks of reports.
Manage invoicing for reports and appointments.
Handle consultant vouchers, auditing, and tracking requirements.
Monitor prepaid accounts and oversee debt collection processes.
Assist with preparing payments for consultants.
Order office supplies and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in an Accounts Officer or similar role.
Full WA driver’s license and own transport.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle challenging interactions.
