Overview
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to grow their skills in a supportive and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
The HR Administrator is responsible for managing the HR inbox, responding to enquiries and escalating when required, while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including preparing job ads, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks and issuing contracts. The role oversees onboarding processes by verifying all necessary worker documentation and ensures personnel files remain current and compliant across multiple systems. It also involves reviewing worker records to meet job-specific compliance requirements, producing accurate workforce reports, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and completing additional duties as directed by the Workforce Manager.
