Responsibilities
We're seeking an experienced People & Culture Lead to manage our people function across the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment. This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring our people practices are compliant, practical, and aligned with our culture. You'll be the central point of contact for all people-related matters, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, performance, and culture initiatives.
People & Culture
* Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on people and culture matters
* Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances, and investigations
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks
* Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and best practice
* Drive engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
* Support learning, development, and capability uplift across the business
* Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning and people strategy
Recruitment & Talent
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across the business (white and blue collar, where applicable)
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
* Coordinate advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection processes
* Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and labour hire providers
* Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
* Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
* Ensure recruitment practices align with company values, diversity principles, and compliance obligations

To be successful in this role you will need the following
* Proven experience in a People & Culture or HR Lead role with recruitment accountability
* Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Confident handling complex employee relations matters
* Practical, commercially minded, and solutions-focused
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
