You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities, helping them live independently, safely, and confidently.
**Location – Gympie****You Will:*** Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, showering, mobility, and meals* Support clients with domestic tasks, including house cleaning, laundry, ironing, and meal prep* Provide social and community support and assist with transport to appointments or shopping* Follow clients' care plans and report changes in wellbeing to the Coordinator/Case Manager* Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork**What We're Looking For:*** Positive, flexible attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills* Respect and empathy for clients, families, and colleagues* Ability to work across flexible casual hours**Essential Requirements:*** Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)* Current Driver's Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination as requiredWe value diversity, strive for inclusion, and come together to walk alongside those in need to provide hope and compassion.
