Our Marketing eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for the administration, reporting and project management of marketing activities across our Mattel & Samsung brands.The successful Marketing eCommerce Specialist will also have the following:Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience.eCommerce experience in using Shopify Plus and Klavio platforms is essential.Previous experience working within a fast-paced retail environment.A can-do attitude and desire to break barriers.An appreciation and understanding of business challenges and operations.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task/prioritize daily workload.Works collaboratively as a team player and independently.Marketing degree/diploma or relevant experience.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeDaily/weekly operation and improvement of 2 x Mattel online store (Shopify Plus)and 1 x Retailors website (Squarespace) including design, performance, and merchandising changes to ensure Ultimate Customer Experience resulting in improved conversion performance and maximum customer NPS.Development and execution of marketing plan that drives traffic, captures subscribers, grow membership subscriptions and ensures maximum conversion performance resulting in achievement of sales budget.Management of marketing expenses aligned with agreed budget ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).Develop and manage relationships of key third party stakeholders including Mattel, License Suppliers, and third part partners Impressive, Prosper, Shopify and app suppliers to ensure maximum productivity.Complete reporting of KPI’s and other key reports as per agreed cadence.Develop and manage customer flows in Klavio and Okendo including automated flows and once off campaigns that increases engagement, conversion and ultimately sales.Provide marketing support to Samsung stores in a timely manner and aligned with promotional and marketing calendar.What’s in it for you?You will be a part of an inclusive Marketing and Customer Support team with a strong customer and stores focus, exciting career opportunities and receive excellent employee benefits!WFH/WFO hybrid working model – requirement is to work in the Brighton Support Office 4 days each week and 1 work from home day.Birthday leave - a paid day off to celebrate.Recognition of performance and contribution with Monthly MVP awards - access to MVP vouchers to purchase store products!Ongoing Training & Development to support your growth in the business and your career.An opportunity to work with a team and business that has very well-defined Purpose, Blueprint and Values.Access to THRIVE our Workplace Wellbeing and Mental Health program, including a range of holistic wellbeing and EAP support services.Paid Bonuses for referring Top Talent to the Retailors business.For more opportunities within Retailorshttp://careers.retailors.com.auResidency Note: To be eligible to apply for this role, you must be an Australian or NZ citizen or have an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.
